Her contract was up and she decided not to renew it. She counter-offered to be managed by another agency while still touring and performing with KARA but NOT being scheduled to do TV promotions and reality shows under DSP management. It had nothing to do with the other members or giving up on being an idol - just not wanting to work for DSP and have them treat her like a circus animal.
